1) Are your products genuine?
Yes. They are all produced in the same factory, using the same materials and manufacturing techniques, without any difference.2) Why your products are cheaper than others?
· We work with factories to get shoes directly at factory prices.· Our sales are good and we don't have to rely on high prices to make a profit.
· In order to better retain our dear customers.
3) I'm afraid of being scammed, how can I trust you?
· We support Credit Card online payment, you can have buyer protection· We have a lot of customer feedback, if you need, we can provide screenshot proof
· We will provide pictures verification before shipment (including your goods and your express order)
4) What about custom taxes and duties?Will I be invoiced any when order from you?
In most cases, you will not receive an invoice for any duties or duties upon shipment. If there is a situation where customs duties need to be paid, we will partially compensate the customer.5) Sometimes I have to wait hours for your reply, why?

1. Place your orderChoose the item you want to buy and select the quantity, then click the button "Add To Cart" , After all items have been chosen, finally click the yellow button “proceed to checkout”,Fill in your account information and shipping information.
2. Confirm your order
After geting your order,we will send you an order confirmation,which include total price and our payment information.
3. Make the payment
Choose a payment method and complete the payment.
4 .Make the shippment
We will ship the item within three days after receiving your payment, the tracking number will be updated on your order within three days after the item is sent out, and you will receive an email notification.
5.Track your goods and receive them.
You can check your logistics information through www.17track.net or the official website of each express, looking forward to the arrival of your shoes.
8) How Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
If you want to change or cancle your order, you need to contact us as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours after receiving your order, we will process the shipment for you. If you need to change or cancle your order after 24 hours, please go through the refund process.9) The product I want is not found on the website.
